Ice carvers are forever looking for new and creative ways to show their stuff. One of the challenges we face in doing so is going outside the boundaries of a conventional 40” X 20” X 10” block of ice, the standards for pretty much everyone in the business.
We accomplish this by stacking and fusing pieces or whole blocks of ice together in order to achieve all kinds of exciting dimensions and much larger sized ice sculptures. And in doing so we can often sculpt that 3 dimensional life-like quality that would be otherwise difficult to achieve.
